This 30-minute course provides participants with an understanding of how to navigate the interface of the
enterprise eTIME application.
The WBT has five objectives.
By the end of the module you will be able to:
1. Access Enterprise eTIME
2. Explain tabbed and category navigation view differences
3. Navigate the application header and workspace
4. Distinguish between the four types of timecard views
5. Explain timecard editor tabs
This 20-minute course provides participants with an understanding of how to navigate the interface of the
enterprise eTIME application.
The WBT has six objectives. By the end of the module you will be able to:
1. Enter data using best practices
2. Describe how and when to save, refresh and calculate data
3. Explain automatic data entries
4. Explain how to add, edit and delete data entries
5. Describe how to enter non-standard time and labor data
6. Distinguish between the types of Exceptions that data entry may incur
This 15-minute course provides participants with an understanding of how to approve timecards in the
Enterprise eTIME application.
The WBT has six objectives. By the end of the module you will be able to:
1. Provide a definition for timecard approval
2. Review the types of timecard approval
3. Approve your own timecard
4. Approve an employee timecard
5. Approve a group of timecards
6. Approve via delegation
This 30 minute course provides participants with an understanding of the requirements and setup of Delegate
Authority in Enterprise eTIME.
The WBT has two objectives.
Objective 1: Explain the requirements of Delegate Authority. This objective addresses the requirements for the
requesting and receiving manager; explains what is delegated; and answers some frequently answered
questions.
Objective 2: Explain the steps a system administrator uses to setup Delegate Authority in Enterprise eTIME.
The six steps to setup Delegate Authority are presented with hands-on experience for the user.
This 25-minute course provides participants with an understanding of how to use Enterprise eTIMEs
Timecard Editor.

The WBT has seven objectives. By the end of the module you will be able to:
1. Perform a QuickFind to find a timecard
2. Use comments and notes to add more detail to a timecard
3. Cancel a meal deduction to pay someone for working through their lunch
4. Perform a labor account transfer to charge time according to the department worked
5. Conduct a Work Rule transfer to pay according to the job
6. Perform a pay code edit to double time instead of overtime for working on a special project
7. Use and verify group edits to change information for multiple employees- all at the same time
